Abstract

In cooperative education and training the learners are adults and, therefore, it is very important to understand the principles of adult learning and factors which contribute to better learning by adults. This handbook deals with these matters in as simple and practical manner as possible. Having dealt with the principles of adult learning in Section I, the handbook proceeds to explain some o f the participative methods which are based on these principles.
