Abstract: | A cooperative society is an association of persons grappling with the same economic difficulties, who are voluntarily associated on a basis of equal rights and obligations to solve these common difficulties. This they do by conducting at their own risk an undertaking to which they have transferred one or more of their economic functions corresponding to their economic needs and by utilising this undertaking for their common material and moral benefit. |
