I am glad to note that your organization will designate the decade of the seventies as the Co-operative Development Decade. By mobilizing the many co-operative organizations throughout the world to stimulate the development of co-operative movements in the developing countries, you will be making a greatly needed contribution to the implementation of the goals of the Second United Nations I welcome the effect exists between the International Co-operative United Nations and I look forward to the common bonds in the furtherance of economic and social development throughout the world.	en_US
