dc.description.abstract	One of the important functions of the ICA Regional Office and Education Centre for South-East Asia is to promote an exchange of information and technical knowledge in the' field of Co-operation. While for some time past, such exchange of knowledge has been mainly between the advanced Movements in the Western World and the countries of South-East-Asia, and is indeed a trend that m st be accelerated, it is now increasingly recognised that the Movements in the Region also have a great deal to teach each other. In addition to the frequent educational activities undertaken by the lOA Offices for South-East Asia over the past three years, this Bibliography represents another effort on our part to facilitate exchange of Go-operative information within the Region.	en_US
