Employee Participation
Issue Date: 1992

Abstract: Participation as a development concept is probably accepted by a majority of people engaged in development work. The problem we are all facing is a classical one: to go from theory to practice. This book aims precisely at facilitating that process. It provides “tools,” methods and techniques for employees enabling them to take active part in developing and applying modern personnel policies in cooperative organisations. Thus, this book is primarily about ‘a method for employee participation’ and not a textbook on personnel policies.
